  • Feeling hopeless about the future
  • Withdrawing from family members, friends and/or social events
  • No desire to do the things you used to enjoy
  • Anxious and/or negative intrusive thoughts, frequent ruminations and worries 
  • Fatigue, apathy that interferes with your life
  • Frequent or rapid mood swings
  • Not being able to shake the impact of recent or past traumas or losses
  • Your anger feels like a ‘ticking time bomb’ that will eventually go off

Or you have experienced:

  • Difficulty regulating emotions
  • Struggles to build and maintain good close relationships
  • Non-resolving problems with your significant other
  • Thoughts of hurting yourself
  • A decline in physical health, especially due to chronic or terminal illness
  • Increased usage of alcohol, drugs or sex as an escape
  • Severe grief at the loss of someone or something (i.e., job, health, identity) close to you
  • Suicide of a loved one
  • Overwhelming stresses
  • A desire to improve yourself but don’t know where to start
